Are the rumors correct in that: Honorable Clarence Thomas is joining the POGGERS?

Now, for some unknown reason, if you receive the 15% discount on the remaining days, you must pay by check or cash. What cheapskates. Apparently they don't want to pay the cc fees and give the discount. Sounds to me that they are "knocking down", doesn't it.
