COST OF OWNWERSHIP

The cost of ownership can be significant, but in our case, we accepted it as part of the cost of enjoying an exceptional lifestyle.

In another thread (http://forum.prevostownersgroup.com/...vost-Owner-hip) I reflected on the cost of our first four years of ownership. I had started the thread just before our actual anniversary date. It was a good exercise to actually pull out the log book and actually add up the costs.

Some expenditures were planned preventative maintenance, some routine maintenance and some were, well .... just call them part of the "adventure" of living in a bus.

Our actual expenditures over the 4 year period turned out to be $52,121.01. But, I enjoy a bus I can depend on. And, by keeping the bus maintained, I've hopefully preserved as much value of the bus as possible.

That being said, there is much about bus ownership and travel that you simply can't put a price tag on.

It's been an incredible lifestyle, and I sure did miss not being at POG 10 as I was stuck working...... again!
