    Hello Tom,

    Our H3 Royale is a totally deferent animal then XL.
    I would recommend to call:

    1. Ed or Sandy ( btw: you have 2 years bumper to bumper warranty from them, correct ?
    2. Call: Royale Phoenix 574-206-1216, they know everything about Royales, better than factory support
