Two coaches in here already but always can squeeze in a third. Tools, air, 50 amp. Lots of RV Parks, lots of heat in the Summer.

65 foot concrete pad, 50 amp, h2o.......behind gates along side of home.
200 feet from the beach, right downtown, everything nearby. Unfortunately during the high season almost impossible to get the bus into the parking pad along side the house...heavy traffic, double parkers, blocked driveways, etc.
Pismo Coast Village within 1000 feet. Lots of other RV Parks, Restaurants, etc. No overnight parking on the streets or Wal-Marts, etc. in San Luis Obispo County.

Local RV park nearby that can accomodate 45' coach in Larkspur. Full hookups. 50amp.
Good bus repair facilities in South San Francisco (about an hour away)

We have 50amp, water in a fenced secure yard behind our store. We can handle a few coaches, but only have power for 1. We are about 5 miles from the beach, next door to John Wayne airport in Costa Mesa, CA
