I would appreciate any recommendations on good storage facilities in Florida. We are looking for a covered spot with the ability to plug into 50 amp We would prefer to be south of Tampa.

There's also a brand new bus storage facility in Port St. Lucie. It's across the street from Tradition Field, the winter training field for the Mets.
I'll see if I can dig up the phone number....
Also.... it's built to better than the latest hurricane wind standards. VERY secure facility.
We often spend time in the St. Lucie area, so that would be great if you can find the number. Much appreciated.
Brian,
I think the name is:
Port St. Lucie Mini Wharehouse
530 NW University Blvd.
Port St. Lucie, FL 34986
772-335-2445
The owner is Seymor Ravinsky, a neighbor lot owner at the Outdoor Resorts in St. Lucie West. This storage facility is only about a mile away, almost within sight!
Let Seymor know I sent you.... he offered Lot Owners a better deal on storage, so maybe it will help.
Brian,
Did you find already a storage?
We are in West Palm Beach. Don't know if this is convenient for you?
Please let me know.

Indoor storage is a great way to store in Florida, but remember Ray Davis's story about indoor storage. The safety of your bus is as good as your neighbors ability to use his head and make sure he has safely shutoff all sources of ignition before storing inside. We have seen some terrible outcomes in the marina industry when the guy next door left stuff on, gensets on auto start, lots of ways to screw up. You have very little control over others who store next to you.
