Jim C., my guess is you probably already have at least 2 maybe 3 of these things in your bus. Your things just may not be as fancy or up to date.
My guess of what the item at the end of the sofa is:
It is a Flat Panel HD TV fixed into the kitchen counter cabinet, for viewing by the people in the easy chairs or sofa. I think it is turned off currently, and the reflection in the TV is of the headrest and eckorn chair behind the copilots chair in the salon?
Just my guess.
