Getting a judgment is meaningless unless you intend to spend even more money than you spent getting it. A person who doesn't want to pay a judgment will not do so unless you can get some way of attaching a lien against assets he intends to sell in the near future. Exactly! Many people do not understand this, they often feel just because they prevailed in court.....................

What I was trying to point out to Viv is that even getting the judgement, by the cheapest of means, is expensive and time consuming much less attempting to collect same. I bet a months salary Mr. Katz knows this as well
