Hello All,

I have just this minute received the below e-mail from Steve Katz of Prevost Trader Website on the Net... www.prevosttrader.com
The bus on the his first page is the one in question for 150K URL is..
http://www.prevosttrader.com/index.php?v=8&iview=27

This was the first bus of this kind that I had ever been inside...

For the record...I have driven several lower profile Prevosts...but this one was sooo high I was afraid to drive it...as well as being almost 13' high the entire ceiling inside was mirrored making the inside seem even higher than it was...reflecting everything below...I became nauseaus when I looked up from the drivers seat and thought about driving it..Just couldn't do it...

I couldn't lift the weight of the huge bay doors to raise them or reach the pockets in the bay doors to pull them closed...

Also the 100' 50 Amp. electric cord was much to heavy for me to pull out manually or coil up after use....these are the 3 main reasons I couldn't buy this bus...

And there was no dresser shelf across the back of the coach which was a must for the floor plan to be so I would have a place to put it for playing my Technics 6000 Musical Keyboard...which is also too heavy for me to move by myself...

The Deposit mentioned in the last line of Steve Katz's e-mail was for 5,000.00 -
I was out abit ago for dinner with my friend Karen and her daughter Beka...We also went to the post office and after numerous phone calls to Florida as was requested of Florida I mailed two large manilla envelopes containing duplicates of much of the communication and non-communication between myself and Steve Katz...to>>>

Office of the Attorney General ...Tallahassee, Fl.. and to:
Dept. of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles...Palmetta, Fl..

Hugs Always Viv...

Vivian:
On November 27, 2008 you contacted PrevostTrader regarding stock #MN-93. You said "I've been searching for this exact floor plan coach for almost 3 yrs". From my discussions with others in the industry, I know you have looked at many Liberty Elegant Ladys, and know them very well. On December 2, 2008 you made an offer of $135,000 and it was accepted. On December 5, 2008 you received the Acceptance of Offer along with instructions for wiring the deposit. The funds were received and the coach was taken off the market since you were buying it.
Over the next few days two potential buyers were told the coach was sold, and they both purchased coaches elsewhere. During that same time period you were asked repeatedly when you were planning to pick up the coach, and there was no reply.
As you know very well, you are obligated to complete the purchase and send the remaining $130,000 to the seller. I have asked the seller to release you from this obligation, and he has agreed. You should consider yourself very lucky.
Of course, the deposit will be retained to cover expenses incurred.

Its time this issue gets closed out - in your favor.
