I filled up today at the Flying J outside of Houston. I used the truck lanes because I couldn't fit in the RV lanes. Paid with my AMEX and used by RV card. I expected to see only a 1 cent discount as the flyer mentioned. However, to my surprise I received the 9 cent credit upcharge discount. I am guessing that the new policy hasn't been fully implemented as of Sept 1.
