You are unlikely to find an H3 in the price range you want unless it has been run hard and put away wet, or unless it was a cheap conversion.
The cockpit in that H3 is typical of all Liberty coaches up until the new dash style of around 2000, regardless of whether it is an H3 or an XL.
The H3 is advantageous if you intend to full time because the storage in the bays is substantial. The drawback from my wife's perspective is the climb up those stairs into the living area. Not such a big deal when getting in and out, but when we are loading the coach they are tough to negotiate.
