How long do you run tires when the coach is stored inside?

Michelin says seven years max from manufacturer date stamped on the tires. Can you go longer, most likely yes, BUT if anything would go wrong and an insurance company finds out of date tires there is a very good chance any claim would be denied.
    Food for thought…

I read from Michelin information that 10 years is maximum if tires are maintained properly and no signs of cracking etc. I have not gone over 8 years on tires that looked perfectly good. Importantly, parking on concrete for long periods of time, such as in a garage through the winter is harmful because concrete can also accelerate chemical degradation by drawing out oils in the rubber, significantly reducing the tire's lifespan.
My coach is garage kept 24/7 except when we travel of course. I have Masonite boards on the floor that I park on. This also helps prevent dry rot too.
