Default F150 front tires wearing Excessively on outside edges

Alignment shop set toe out to try and reduce wear on outside. Still progressing so they have set camber to inside to try and make tire run on the inside edge.
    Anyone have this issue?

The only time I have experienced aggressive outside wear on the toad tires is when I forgot to unlock the steering.

Something you may look at is the side to side play in your tow bar/hitch setup. I have seen a couple of F150s that were actually slamming side to side while being towed. I stopped one of the drivers. He said he never felt it. There was a lot of play between the tow bar and the hitch receiver. Have someone follow you while you are towing to see if anything unusual is happening both on the straights

Can you post a pic of the tires?

Wow, that is crazy! I would not deviate from the factory specs for the alignment. If the toe and camber were properly adjusted in the beginning, I would not have changed them. Something else is wrong. Either you have significantly worn / faulty front end parts or as Richard suggested something is off while towing. I like his idea of someone following you and observing the truck while being towed.

I assume that the truck drives fine? No pulling or anything?

As Richard said, are you sure that you have your steering unlocked? Do you test this and watch for the wheels to turn out of the wheel well in a tight corner?

The truck does not have locking seering, push button start.
I can see the wheels turning in the mirror when I turn.
The truck only has 32K miles and has been aligned every 5 K miles by the same shop
I watch the truck on the rear view camera when traveling and don't see any odd actions. Still looking for a solution.

I guess I would get a second opinion on the front end integrity and alignment then. That kind of wear only on the outside edge of both tires is definitely peculiar.

That wear is real bad. I have traveled over 100K miles towing 4 or 5 different vehicles since 2007 and I have never seen anything like that.

Had front checked by another shop and nothing was found. They said everything was extremely tight and no play in anything.
