For sake of taking a different view just for debate purposes. Please don’t be insulted, just pointing out different perspectives.
You are 70. I am close. We seldom run out of money, but we all run out of time. It will take you two years and who knows how much money to make the coach roadworthy and dependable. Money doesn’t seem to be much of an issue. Spend the extra 100 or 150 grand to buy a sorted out coach, and spend the next two years enjoying it. BTW, putting a couch into a Prevost and taking out the passenger side chair and credenza is not a big deal at all. Every item you spoke of tells you the coach was not maintained.
I am not sure of your mechanical experience. Bringing a coach back from the brink is not for the faint of heart.
Go look at a few more before you make a decision.
