    Default Starlink setup

Just received Starlink unit. Wondering if anyone has created a mount for the coach as I do not want to keep it on the ground for extended times. (HOA) doesnt allow on ground dishes.

There has been significant discussion about Starlink and mounts on the Facebook Prevost Owners Group page.

The gray mount is available from Starlink.
The red suction cup handles are from Harbor Freight (available at many places, Amazon, etc.)
The handles are filled with JB Weld for strength.
Drill or drill and tap the handles for whatever nuts/bolts you choose.

I do have some shot bags to weigh down the mount for added support.

Or, you could use speaker stands and not need to get up on the bus roof:

I'm sure your all set up now but I sent my standard starlink to a guy is southern California that made it into a flat panel, then removed my direct tv in motion system ( parts for sale ) bolted it up to the mounts that were left. Then ran the plug to the back AC unit and went through the air duct to the equipment closet a mounted the starlink. works while Im in motion everywhere from Montana and behond. Download speeds supper fast.

Now if I can just get my TV to be smart and play the sound back through the boise sound system. Looking for Ideas

    Good Morning Joe

Not sure who your converter is, but my dad has a 1997 marathon, we have had a 1998 CC and currently have a 1998 Parliament. All three are set up to do this. So it is surprising to me that your's is not set up this way. Has the TV been upgraded? Tell us a little more about the set up.

My rig is a 2009 featherlite XL2. Im not sure what you mean by your," suprised that mine is not set up like this". I just explained how to put your starlink flat mounted to the top of the coach so you never have to set anything up. In addition you have high speed going down the road. Just thought some might like to know its possible.
