What about simply running the exhaust fan in the shower all night? Seems that works fine. We have parked in many rest stops for the night and have had no issues. Even when freezing cold outside.

Running an exhaust fan could produce a low pressure area inside the bus and pull in more outside air. If you are forcing air out then it has to come in from somewhere...
need to investigate this further. thanks for that angle.
