My neighbor, none bus guy, wants to sell his 03 Liberty. It has Blue Ox Base Plates and he may have towed it 5 or 6 times. It will need tires soon and there is a small worn spot on the side of the drivers seat about the size of a quarter. Non smoker, one owner and he wants $8,900.00.
