    Default Child Safety?

My wife and I acquired a 2006 Prevost H3-45 since we have been blessed with a little boy. He is two now and absolutely loves the coach! Mom and toddler won't go anywhere without it. Question, is it safe for the child to ride in the back seated with mom while going down the road or should he be strapped in the front passenger seat? My wife is afraid for him to be in the front especially with the large glass windshield. I've also read that Prevost's are much more crash worthy than standard RV's. I drive the vehicle around 65 mph max and have recently replaced all the tires. I check my pressures daily while traveling as I know a blow out can be fatal. Any wisdom out there for me?

Great question. Although I haven't researched this in decades, I believe the child should face forward of rearward, depending in age or height. So, a side facing sofa with seat belts would not be ideal. Of course, the seats must be appropriate for the child's size.
