Default 17.5KW Powertech Generator Filters question

    11/4

    Hi all,

Can anyone tell me what the air filter element and v-belt numbers are for this generator? It has NAPA Gold's on the oil and fuel filters so I have those already. On the original tag on the gen (lower right yellow tag) it lists the air filter as: "Air Filter 600hrs 11080 " but does not specify a brand.
Also, would like to have changed with the service the belt and add a spare to the collection. I'm trying to make it easy (and faster) for the Level III service at Prevost-Nashville with the additional gen service. BTW - major detailing done by mua to get it looking like this!
Thank you if you can help.

    Sincerely,

    Doug

U might remove the louvered end cover on the alternator end of that gen and do a look inside I just replaced one because the exciter came loose off the end of the rotor and destroyed the keyway. Looks like if u move the battery it would be a quick check. It is a 9/16 bolt dead center after u remove the lovers cant miss it dead center be sure its tight. They used Chinese steel and the rotors and r not as good as they could be. looks new good job.

Joe camper. I just bought some of those air filters at Napa Pull it and take it over there they will get u 1

I'd like to give Napa a thumbs up for taking the initiative of supplying the trucking and bus industries and doing it very well

NAPA has almost anything you need, if you just ask for it. My local NAPA store has a great manager, who really knows about parts, and never says he can't find a part. Just about every part will cross over.
