If you have Nitrogen in your bus tires, will that impact the effect of the lightening strike?

Hi Dick. What they are saying is it makes no difference regarding tires. Your going to get hit by lighting regardless of tires or no tires. The point is that the Prevost is a metal frame. so an individual would be safe inside the Bus because the frame acts as a shield from the lighting hitting the person. A plastic Coach, not so .
So, to rephrase, if there is lighting , you may get hit you may not get hit, but you are shielded by the metal frame from personally being hit.
The un plugging of your RV during a lighting strike is a different issue. If you are plugged in and say lighting hits a power pole 3 blocks away from you, if your on that electrical grid your going to get a surge into your bus thru the power cord an it will wipe out your electronics if your not protected by high surge protection, so its best to unplug.

    Thanks Gary!

I can't wait until I can unplug in a lightning storm!
