I had a Trace Inverter (4.0/24) repaired by Field Technical Services in Houston a few months ago.
You might call to see if he can repair yours. Call Owen at 281-561-7149.

To the best of my recollection, the Prosine inverters are not repairable. I have been told by Southeast Power, the place we send our inverters for repair, that the Stat-Power division of Xantrex does not sell repair boards for these inverters. If you hear otherwise, I would like the feedback. Thanks.

Here's Xantrex's authorized repair facilities: http://www.xantrex.com/contacts/auth...e-centers.aspx I recently used ASE Supply in Portland OR to repair a Freedom series. Based on what Southeast told Ben, you may be out of luck on repairs. It's certainly worth calling a repair center. FWIW, the repair centers sometimes have reburbished units or discounts on new units.

If replacement costs are too high, I'd suggest you consider replacing both Magnum units.
