    Default crestron system

i carried my 2005 country coach to superior coach in lebonan tn to have saveral things done. in the process after they hit the leave switch by the door they have been able to get the crestron system back up. this has been going on for over a month after two from from someone out of nashville they are saying that one of my converters is out. i question that if the crestron sys is 12 volt why would it run through the convertor. anyone with knowledge of this would appreciate your input thanks pat

James Wilson at Uii Guii is the best I have seen. The knowledge of this company of the Crestron System, particularly in Country Coach, is unsurpassed. They helped me out significantly when a similar situation occurred on a cross-country trip this summer. The email for James is:James Wilson <sales@uii-gui.com>, and the website is ww.uii-gui.com. Good Luck.

The Crestron is 120 volt. I don't know anything about CC design but my Crestron control system is located under my couch. It has a RF antenna.
