Remodelling or upgrading furniture?

Before Olivia visited me in my dreams a year ago and injected me with the hots for her (I found her on eBay and could not let go), Gabi and I had previously purchased a 2006 Newmar Ventana 3936 and had great plans for this RV. I mentioned this RV in another post a few days ago.
Psrt of the plan was to replace the driver and co-pilot seats with new ones having heated seat elements and electric footrests.
We also planned to replace the J-Lounge with a pullout bed.
So I ordered new Flexsteel furniture to the tune of $5000.00
Olivia caused us to stop and drop all plans pertaining to the Ventana.
Now, I have brand-new furniture in my basement. Unopened and on pallets.
To make a long story short, I want to sell the furniture.

Hi Ronald,

How wide is the sofa sleeper (outside arm to outside arm)? Looking to replace my missing rear bed with a sofa sleeper but needs to fit between a buildout on each side.
