    Default MILLENNIUM

We had a great experience here repairing a mistake by Prevost Jax where they miss hung the entry door as it was scraping the bottom step.

Turned out the door was fine, the step bad.

They did a number of things for us and I highly recommend them for any thing - Mike the service manager and Willie the writer are both sharp thinkers and Vonna lives up to what others have said.

Woody, did they say or tell you what was "bad" about the step? What did they do to remedy the Noise?

The step was put down with lumps of mastic and had somehow raised enough to make contact with the bottom of the door. They removed it, ground it down and all was fine.

The noise (loud) went away because of this plus a new gasket (around $500 installed) and now using the air lock to bring the door in tight.

Thanx Woody, I have had trouble with "Noise" and air/heat leakage. Several attempts made and finally exhaustive adjustment & seal replacement seem to have more or less conquered most of the problem, just wanted to know what you had to do in case.
