Route & Campground info PLZ
I know it is early but, planning out the trip for return home next Spring.
Want to catch the flowers in Death Valley.
My thought is, leave Las Vegas and travel US95 to 266 then up to join US6 between Coaldale and Benton. Taking US6 down to Bishop then 395 to join 58 to Bakersfield OR
Pahrump 190 through Death Valley to join US395 at Olancha, then as above.
Planning this mid to late April 2012
We are open to any idea on route and RV parks or places to spend the night.
Also planning to travel by TOW on day trip.
Thanks for the help.

The only part of your trip that I can comment on is staying in Pahrump.
I've stayed at Terrible's Lake Side Casino and it is really nice. If you reserve early, there are several premium spaces along the lake that are worth trying to get.
Easy entry, easy exit, large sites, reasonable cost, and you are within an easy drive of Death Valley for a day trip.

Thanks, Paul and Janice. Pahrump was suggested by a friend to hub out of for day trips in the Tow.
Thanks for the recommendation.
I did a search on CADOT and found that 190 is not authorized for 'oversized' vehicles, so that option is out.
