Gizmo With Wires - Any Idea

This is mounted in the bedroom closet on the wall. Anyone have a clue as to the function? The wiring is in a harness and seems to go forward at the ceiling and appears to be factory.

The little holes are just straight through and there is nothing attached

There is a hand held control that plugs into that socket that is used to turn the TV antenna on the roof. There should be a panel in the front just like it.

You da man, thanks... The only thing left on the roof of the original antenna is a wire sticking out. It now has the Batwing with it's controller, so this thing is dead and of no use. There isn't one like it in the front and probably was taken out when the Batwing was installed.
