    Guys, be aware that what might be found on a Liberty might not be what you find on a CC or a Marathon, or a Vantate, etc. Each converter often had their own way of doing things and while our coaches share a lot of systems and devices that is not always true.

    And I think Ron stayed up all night polishing that valve before he took the photo.

    The valve was a snap. What takes so long is polishing all the copper plumbing pipes.

    I have a lady that comes in to do that stuff. I stick to the manly man stuff like polishing slack adjusters.

    My Royale step cover had storage in it and the top lifted and allowed access. You should call Dan at Royal Phoenix he could help you with the acess questions. They are a great resource for Royal coaches.

    Ron - Thanks, but mine is just a carpeted board with no storage underneath. It must have been the economy model!

    Hector - No joy on the slide, the stops to the slide are spot welded.
