My previous coach, an American Eagle with a Cummings engine, had an electric fuel pump that served as a "lift pump" to assure the main diesel fuel pump inlet was pressured during initial operation. The electric fuel pump ran for approximately 5 minutes when the engine was first started.

Does the Prevost installed Series 60 have such a "lift pump"? Also, does our engines have an electric fuel cut off valve? And where is it located?

I am not having any problems with these devices, but I would like to learn more of the fuel system.
