Resources: overnight parking or boondocking camping, NO hookups on site, there is a KOA with easy water and dump station 3 miles away in warm months. Presently one 50A in bus barn.
Many tools available, minor repairs possible, good company and moral support offered freely.

Not much in the way of commercial facilities to help with break downs in this area, this is grape and wine country.
The CHAUTAUQUA INSTITUTE is 10 miles south on RT 394.
