Dwight: My part of the Saylor family was 3 brothers who settled in PA prior to the revolutionary war. My father went to Duke Univ. in North Carolina and met my mother in NC. After WWII, my father was transferred to Dallas, TX when I was 9. I moved to the Miss coast in early 1982 after purchasing thd Pointiac-Buick-GMC dealership in Biloxi. Since there are not a big bunch of Saylors in the country, we very well could be related. Does any of the above match your part of the family? Ed

Most of our family are midwesterners, Iowa mostly. Great grandfather donated the land that became the first capital city of Iowa, Iowa City - later on the capital became Des Moines. Saylorville Lake is also a family related area in Iowa.....other than a short stint in Philly upon my return home as a Marine from Nam in '70, cant say PA was ever home....maybe our paths will cross.
