We live in Durango about 5 days per month. Have hook ups for two busses inside and one outside.

Pad w/50 amp electrical or off-street dry camp parking. Access to water if needed, no sewer.

Other nearby resources: Diesel fuel and dump station within 2 miles, great engine/transmission/chassis mechanic within 1 mile, Interstate 25 within 2 miles, TCI within 20 minutes, NAPA 10 minutes, and Walmart 10 minutes

Can provide work space (not big enough to fit bus inside, but large enough to work on sub-systems), some tools, some assistance, recommendations locally, laundry, and accommodations if bus needs to be worked on professionally. My wife and I work from home, so if we are not traveling somewhere in the bus then we should be around.

Driveway is tight so best approach is from the South.
