Toad to do's

So, I'm thinking of setting up my Honda Odyssey as a tow car. It's a 2006. What all do I have to do to it? I have a blue Ox towbar that came with our bus and a variety of electrical connections below my rear bumper that have been thoroughly dragged over pavement. Looking to tow my car down to Naples since we'll be there for a few weeks.

Does your owner's manual permit towing 4 wheels down by putting it in neutral?
