    Default Ceder Point, Sandusky, Ohio

It's that time of the year to start planning the summer trip with the girls. A trip to Grandma in Marion, Ohio and then up to Ceder Point to ride the roller coasters. I am looking for recommendations near Sandusky or ceder Point for a nice RV Resort Park for a few days at the end of June. Any help would be great!
    Thanks,
    Kevin

    Kevin,

Cedar Point has a great campground that backs up to the amusement park. We stayed there several years ago and the boys had a great time. Be sure to reserve a space in the Lighthouse Point part of the campground (newer with ample sized concrete pads). The pull throughs are the largest sites, but the back ins are not bad either. They have a great pool in the RV park and you also get early admission to the amusement park on certain days.

    Kevin,

Stayed there the last three years and Loc is right about the Lighthouse area. Sites 245 to 283 are great. We had 266.

The old section is doable but very tight.
