Maine Rally This Summer

Now is a good time to mention that we are hoping on having a mini-rally here in Maine this summer. It is a great place to be (in the summer) and there is a lot to see.

We could do a couple of days in Boothbay Harbor and a couple of days in Bar Harbor.

It could turn into a larger event if folks are interested.

What say you?

A Maine mini sounds good to me. Looks like July and August are the warmest months.

The bride and I were talking about doing a short road trip early summer to Maine, Nova Scotia and PEI. We will probably do this in June or very early July given our Colorado trip planned for the first of August.

Ok, Jennifer has Maine very high on her list...in fact, I talked her out of a fall trip a couple of years ago until we bought a bus. So we have that base covered now.

What is the famous park on the coast up there? She has read a lot about it and wants to go so we would definitely be interested.

OK, Skiffer, we're in. Pick a date and tell us where to make resverations. Jan has been pushing the PEI deal for awhile now so what the heck, it ain't but 2000 miles from the farm.

Jen and I are interested, but will need to know dates etc. We love Maine and have been trying to come up with a reason to go that way.
