    Default Driver Accessory

How about this for a Christmas present. Not sure the Safe Driver tag fits after my rough go in 2009 but I'm keeping it anyway. Smells like it's been in a damp atic for thirty years but I'm thinking the hat guy can make it new again. I do look good in a hat. I may just sleep with it on.

    Cool Way Cool

    Ted,

That is a very cool hat. Is it the right size for you or will someone have to work on resizing it? I'll bet you could sell that hat decoration award to George in a heartbeat. You might want to consider having some knock offs made and sell a pair to George and Debi. They bought the drivers hats at the auction in OKC.

    Ted,

You can't show us your cool new hat without showing us a picture of you wearing it. Give your adoring public what they want, let us see you model that beauty.

I'm anxious to hear him sing with the hat on.

Mel you have to promise to sing a few songs at the next rally!

Tuga, unless you want the rally to end on a sour note, you don't want me to sing. I'm not kidding.
On the other side of the moutain in the background of your sking picture is Red River, NM where Jan and I went on our honeymoon 45 years ago. We still get up there every year or so to fish the Cimmaron River that you drove by on your way to Angle Fire. Wonderful country up there, wish we were with you guys.

    Ted,

I wish you and Jan were here as well. The Cimmaron River was beautiful. The entire drive was gorgeous once we starting going thru the mountains.

We rode to Taos today, and it was really neat. We ate at Michael's Kitchen and Bakery; it was awesome. Wish we would have had time to ride over to Red River. I've heard that the skiing is good and it is a beautiful little place.

Congrats on your 45 year marriage! Wow!

    Big Bertha would be apt.

I believe her hood is longer than a Smart car.

    Jon,
You are correct. From the tip of the bumper, to the door/fender edge IS the length of a Smart Car.
