    Gran,

We're at Graceland in Memphis and this would be a good stop for you. No problem getting around and there's a 45 H with a trailer next to me. There's a hump at the entrance that didn't cause me any problems, but you may want to pump up the rear.

We usually stay at Tom Sawyer in West Memphis, but they were full. If I were you you, I would go Tom Sawyer, it's right on the river and fun to watch the barges come and go. Also, wide open and easy in and out.

    Heliboy,

We also stayed at the campground at the Graceland back door. Worked out well.

    Granvil,
Loc can say for sure, but he told us they found a great campground in West Memphis, Arkansas right on the river. I think he said it was Tom Sawyer Campground. It is in the Big Rig campground book.

I'm not doubting that Truk and some others have stayed at Graceland and had good experience, but we lived in Memphis for 18 years and I wouldn't be caught dead camping in that area of town. Just my 2 cents worth.

    Default Camp Site Near Memphis

There is a great RV Part just south of Memphis in Horn Lake Mississippi. Paved sites, paved roads. Very well maintained and clean. It's only about 15 to 20 miles downtown Memphis. Great area for shopping and golf courses. Lots of good restaurants. We have stayed there two times and were very happy with everything.
