The damage to the door is going to be tough to get exactly right, and it will be critical for door sealing. The door may be far too expensive, I don't know yet.....James

The cynic in me makes me suggest it may take a badly deformed door from an XL to quiet down the wind noise.

A machinist's table, a selection of clamps and a Port-A-Power may be all it takes to straighten the door structure. It won't hurt to have a welder and cutoff saws or die grinder if the going gets tough.
