    Default POG "Micro-Rally" August 21, 2009

I decided to start a new thread for this topic which had emerged in the Parking Overnight section in a thread called "Advice in NYC". (Find that thread for a full history and pictures from the impromptu 1st Multi-Annual POG Micro-Rally at Tom's Place in Cartersville, GA.

Okay - Atlanta area POGers - I believe that Towson has just issued a challenge! I'm going out on a limb by not consulting "the boss" (Vita) - but I'll be the first to commit to being there on August 21st for the second "multi-annual" POG Micro-Rally!

    C'mon, POGers - who else?
I can tell you first hand that this is a really good time! I estimate that we can park 20+ buses in the back lot at Tom's Place and enjoy great food, cold beer, a kick-ass band, and lot's of fun, friendly people!

Default Link to original Tom's Place discussion

Hopefully, I will do this correctly. I'm going to try to put a direct link to the original discussion history for this thread from the Advice on NYC thread:

There are a few pictures that we took posted there as well.

Donald and I are going to try to make it. Put us down for now and I'll find out for sure soon. Sounds like a fun time.

That's great, Bonnie! I guarantee it will be a good time! Be sure to bring Casey along - Scooter and Harley will love meeting another "buspuppy"!

    Default Tom's Place

Count Dan & Jo in if no Hurricane is brewing off Ms. coast. Sounds like a place I had when i was a mere boy of 19! First on the bus and ready to ride.

Michael, keep track of the bus count for me so I can let Tom know how many to expect. 8/21 will be here before you know it.

For others reading this post, we (TC&CTAS) will be in the Nashville area this weekend at both bus-friendly places. Look at our website for details.

We are also in Cleveland, TN on 6/20 at Bendabout Farm for those in the Maryville area.

Will do! So far, it looks like you, me, Tom (truk4u), Bonnie & Donald (bonhall41), and Jo & Dan (DANSS) for a running total of 5 buses to date.

Hopefully, more will join the fun as we get closer to the date!
