    Denny,

Welcome to the club. Jon is out commission (in fact he's dry camping right next to me, but I won't let him use my computer to get online) so I can give you the skinny on getting your new bus up to par and join (as Jerry Refers) the dark side.

Add those LEDs and make your new bus even outshine Jon's.

    How to here:

Keep us posted on your progress and let's see some pixs.

    Cool Chromed CaddY

Denny, We need pictures! Is this baby nosed, decked, channeled, or chopped? Is it a true " lead sled" from the '50's. As a teen I had the priviledge of working, grunt work, for a local custom car guy in Binghamton, New York, Butch Yeager. He built quite a business from a high school hobby. '50 Mercs, '49 Fords, Chevy Nomads, etc.. Engines covered in chrome.
Those were the days. Can not wait to see the hearse. Ken

As a former Wilbert guy (Denny knows EXACTLY) what I am talking about, I'm sure he and I could have some fun conversations.

Any questions Denny, just ask. I'll be the last one to let you down.

    Default Former Wilbert guy

    Jon,

What did you do with Wilbert-work for Wilbert Inc, have your own dealership, etc.? I delt with Fithian Wilbert in Youngstown, OH for several years and my FH for many years prior to my purchasing it.

We could be the "Last to let you down" dynamic duo.

I had a factory in Jamestown NY, and then when the Wilbert dealer in western PA and eastern OH out of Girard PA got in financial trouble I took over half of that operation. This was in the late 70's, early 80's.

Sold out and bought a few metal manufacturing businesses, started one from scratch and then decided to get unemployed.

Now it is my job to pick on people on POG.

    OK.

When we found out that we had bikers, we started a Biker's forum.

Then when we found out that we had Sky King types, we started the airplane forum.

Remembering that Helen is a retired Hospice nurse and you guys do your thing, is it time to start the End of the Road Forum?

I'm not ready to hang up my Michelins yet!
