Happy New Year POGgers,

A few of us have gathered in Anaheim for a visit. JDUB, Rae and the girls, and Loc, Courtney and the boys, Ray and Kathy Davis, Jim (dad) and Linda (mom) Winchester, Gary and Lise Deinhard, and Janet and myself. The Texicans all went to Disneyland for New Years Eve day and we met up about 5:30 for a potluck. Afterwards we sat around a Kalifornia Kampfire and told stories. The last two nights have been very foggy and damp. We all turned in early as the out-of-towners had a 5AM wake up call for the Rose Parade. Kevin and family are picking everyone up in a 15 passenger van and heading for Pasadena. More photos later, Ken

It was sure great to meet the SO Cal POGgers. Everyone was so nice and made us feel very welcome. It is always nice to put faces with names and meet folks that share a common interest. I want to give a special thanks to Kevin Erion (and Amy) for providing round trip transportation to the Tournament of Roses Parade and having everyone over to their home for dinner on Thursday night. The boys had a great time swimming with the girls. Thanks to the Taco Boy for providing the Las Cruces Chili - the chili that keeps on giving and made for a very memorable Rose Parade.
