Michelle called me this morning and it looks like we are in!

Arriving on the 14th and leaving in 5 free days of camping. We are then moving to the Island unless we happen to buy a lot after Michelle gets done with us.

Seems to vary from folks saying they are "in", and who is called for reservations..

I will get a count from the park shortly.

Michelle said yesterday that some have talked to her and have a free space and some made their own reservations and she didn't have that list.

When I called to make a reservation Michelle was not there. I made the reservation with another lady, and was given the 50% off rate, so I assume I'm in?

Mike C: I would be all for the quail hunting, but the AZ Quail Season ends on Feb. 8, 2009. I have no clue where there would be an open area in that region that would contain quail. If we were sure of a spot for quail it would be worth getting down there a week or two early.

Jeep: Are you talking shotgun target shooting or rifle / pistol plinking.

Say.... Do you guys shoot trap or skeet? or does just one load a bay with assorted equipment and play it by ear when you arrive?
