    Thanks for the support guys.

Will post photos tomorrow as we're now camping in South Ocean City, MD and I left the camera cable back in Va.

Let it suffice to say that it's my last Bay Swim. I finished but it wasn't pretty. Someone in charge miscalculated the tidal current and for two miles we were fighting the current - bad. We had to (Ok Lew close your eyes here comes some plane talk) swim a 45º crab angle to keep from getting flushed out under the bridge. When it would normally take me about 30 minutes to swim a mile it was taking almost an hour. They were pulling swimmers out left and right. I finally made thru until slack tide and at the 3.5 mm a safety kayaker came up to me and said I had to take a boat ride in as I had busted the time limit - no way Jose´. I was able to talk the Coast Guard guy out of picking me for the ride of shame back to the pier and finished the swim. Total time 3:25.

From now on I'm directing my energies towards Bling domination.

    Default Swim 3.25?

Mango - you are the man - the Hulkster, I can't drive 3.25 hours without taking a break (unless its in the bus) much less swim- My Mango Hat is off to you!

Go for the bling thing - it certainly will be less exhausting - I think?

MM: You d'man! Anybody that even enters a competition like that gets Lew Points for courage and determination.

If you redirect your energies to Bling at that level, well, the results could be unspeakably, well, "Wow!"

Mango Man, you are awesome! I'm on my way to the BVI for a bareboat trawler trip this Friday and hell I can't snorkle with a BC for 3:25. You'll be happy at 60 just to tread water for 3:25 (that's 3 minutes, twenty five seconds)
