Default Finding Bits & Pieces - Part Deux

I finally got around to pulling one of the switch indicator light bulbs that I need to replace in my '96 Featherlite Vantare. It is definitely not the #386 bulb the Jeff Baley sourced for his replacement. I've looked around at various miniture bulbs at bulbtown.com, but so far - haven't come across anything quite like the ones in my bus. There are no numbers or markings anywhere on it for me to reference. I'm going to try to post a couple of pictures to see if any POGers recognize this animal! Please let me know if it looks familiar and/or if you know where I can find it. I did a quick count today and there are about 75 of these little suckers on various switch panels throughout the coach and in the bays.

Idea- Since your converter is still around, why don't you email Vantare and find out if they can tell you where they got those swiches and or bulbs from ? They may or may not have the build sheet / info on it. Did you try getting any information off the entire switch to contact them ?

Jeff, we made contact today with the converter and they are going to have someone call us back. I also found out (and have not pursued it for reasons that will become obvious) that my local RV servicer researched this and ordered 40 replacements for me as the result of an off hand comment I made to them the last time I had the bus in for service. Vita called them today to try and research a source for the bulbs and the parts guy told her this. at first, we were thrilled! Then I told Vita to ask him how much and he told her $10.25 per bulb! YES, you read that right! I told Vita to tell him to send them back and get their money back, because I wouldn't be buying them! He's going to have the owner call us to discuss, but unless there has been some funky clerical error and the price is really less than - say - $2.00 per bulb, they can use them for supositories for all I care!

I'm hoping that we get a more reasonable response from Featherlite!

There are no numbers or identifying markings anywhere on thr bulb, the switch, or the panels.
