No way Will, I'll be poking along in the rear (remember, I'll have tired arms), but since your the resident, I nominate you as the ride leader!

    Do I have a second?

What do you think of this route...
    321 - Foothills Pkwy
    129 (the tail) - 28
19 through Bryson City - Cherokee
Then back over the Mountain to Gatlinburg

Hey, is TM1 and TM2 hanging out together in an undisclosed location making plans for POGV?

    Tom,

Hey, I appreciate the vote of confidence you have given me as your choice to be the "Leader of the POG Pack." Couple of years ago I'd have gladly put on that mantle. I rode a 1974 HD Superglide from new to 1998. Total of 50,000 miles. One ride went from Wilson North Carolina to Evansville Indiana (965 miles) in the same day (July 1979). My only stops were for gas and food. Unfortunately, time has taken a toll on me in the past 10 years. So much of a toll that I finally surrendered my "M" endorsement. Of course I could lead all the bikes while relaxing in my Toad vehicle at the front of all those motorcycles if ya'll promise not to put any dents in the tailgate! Probably won't be doing anything but relaxing on our free Wednesday anyway. Not much "bling" to attend to on my coach.

Oh and by the way, most of "The Dragon" is in Tennessee. That would make Jon the closest resident and therefore I nominate Jon to be the Sevierville Rally "Leader of the POG Pack." Any seconds for Jon?

Who are all of these bikers trying to educate? You know that Harley Boys are uneducable. You can always tell a biker, but you can't tell him much.

    Thumbs up

I'm not sure about leader of the pack but I have done that loop several times and it is a great ride, But to make it seem really worth wild you have to do the dragon 3 times to really get the correct feel and still be going the right direction!!!!!!! Just let me know, Bill

Doing the Dragon is easy on a motorcycle. We need to go through there as a pack of Prevosts!

First one out of the chocks is the leader.
