    Default Fresh Water Heaters

I will be replacing my two 10 gallon electric fresh water heaters since one has started to leak. (22 years old)

Do you guys have any thoughts on this subject? I am thinking Atwood but am open to any good ideas.

Dale, I think we have a marine type, maybe Raritan (I will check tomorrow) and it is heated by the engine when running and shore power or the generator. We have a 22 gallon size, and it is so well insulated that we do not have to use the electric heater for about 24 hours after shutting down. It retains the heat very well.

Is that something CC does with their set up for hot water ? My coach water system will not heat unless I run the gen or plug in in my Marathon.

Yes, that is one thing I forgot to mention. Ours uses the engine/wabasto to heat as well. It looks like a heating can slides into the heaters. We like that feature as well.

Hi Dale. Liberty only has one 120 volt Hot Water Heater. It too has a inlet and outlet from the Webasto/Engine Coolant system. If you like, I will look up the manufacturer.
