    Default "Help" telephone numbers

What are the current "help" numbers for our coaches: maybe we could post the info up front on the iformation sharing thread. A POC at the numbers might help.

    Prevost:
    Allison:
    Detroit Diesel:
    Liberty:

    Marathon:
    Vantare:
    Etc:
    Etc:

You guys probably already have this somewhere!

    Thanks,

All these numbers need to be on Bill or Dale's maps, but more important each coach owner should have already had them right next to the driver's seat.

The absolute best way to never have to have these numbers is to have them available, and as every one already knows if you don't have them, you will need them.

    Jim,

Next time you visit a Prevost facitlity ask for a couple of their PASS (Prevost Action Service System) cards. These cards are laminated and have the numbers and addresses for each of the Prevost branches, numbers for the Canada and US parts groups and numbers for Detroit, Allison, Carrier Transcold, and Webasto. In addition, the card has the toll free numbers for the Regional Service Managers located around the US. It is a great addition to the coach. Here are the numbers that I have:

Detroit Diesel Engine Help Line (24/7): 800.445.1980
Allision Transmission US Service Line: 800.524.2303
    Meritor Service Line: 800.535.5560
    Carrier Transcold Technical Support: 800.450.2211
    Webasto: 800.555.4518

The card I have is somewhat dated, but I know that the Prevost facility numbers are still correct and I would assume the other numbers are as well.

    All:
Thank you all for your info. I have cobbled together some files of telephone numbers but can't post them as they are too evidently too large.

I will be glad to send anyone what I have put together. Send me your email address and I will send them back to you.

    scoggins.j@comcast.net

I also sent them to Jim Skiff.

I just wanted paper copy of all this in case I don't have my laptop with me.
I'll put it all and web addresses on a thumb drive (the Army guys call it a Dongle: Go figure!)
