    Default Portable CO2 Tank

JDUB and I both carry the Powertank to keep those tires topped off without having to deal with the compressor. A couple of the guys asked about it at POG IV and I've finally posted all info and pixs over at Prevoman Cool Bus Tools.

Top off by adding 10 lbs of air in 35 seconds.

i meant to dispense beer out of a keg, not from me.

So now why is there not a huge forum debating the merits of CO2 in tires versus Nitrogen? Gee whiz, we argued about Nitrogen versus air for over 6 months. What about the deleterious effect of CO2 on tire compounds,, global warming, smuggling CO2 out of the country in your tires, etc. etc.

The thing we need to be concerned about on this forum is hot air.

I think there is no debate because no one is extolling the virtues of CO2 as a replacement for compressed air. This is just a way to carry a lot of "pressure" around in a bottle that makes it easier to air up your tires.

I also used the CO2 tank to run an air impact and it worked well. A little cold after a minute or so, but still running. If you can keep the beer swillers away from it.........

I can assure everyone it does have it's place. I know for a fact that Truks new girlfriend at the Branson rally was full of CO2.

John, don't forget this is a public forum. If Nancy happens to read this, Tom might not be able to take the bus out again!

Dale.....why? doesn't Nancy want Tom to hang with girls who are full of CO2? That's better than hanging with some old air head.
