    Default Front hinge lubrication

    Joe C.

I was under the front door hinge of my coach and scraped the foam off of an area about a squate foot looking for the grease fittings to lube the front door hinges. I find no grease fittings anywhere. Just where are they in reference to the lower curve of the front. Under the hinge is a rectangular shaped thingie sticking down the bottom. I need grease on ony hinges besides spraying them from the inside panel. Help !!!

Lew did you check your service manual to make sure that they did not eliminate these fittings on your year? Ours is an 86.

If so ours are about 2 inches forward of the door jam and about 4 inches in from the outer skin. I'll take a picture of them when the sun comes up.

Lew here is a picture of those grease fittings. There is not a whole lot of area there, I'm guessin your bus does not have them.
