    Default Driver's Dash Air

On my 2000 XLII chassis the dash air blows plenty cold but after a few minutes will switch to heat for a little while then back to AC. Is this indicative of a problem? Something freezing up and needs to be defrosted? Again, something wrong? Or is this normal behavior? It doesn't seem to be affected by whether using defrost vents versus lower vents.

Normal. Heat is blended with cold air to reduce AC clutch cycling.

Dont know if the systems are the same as our 1998 Country Coach, but we had this happen several times and the air was hot enough to run you out of the bus. After playing with it, we found that if we did not turn the temperature knob to full cool and did not turn the fan speed all the way down, it would operate fine.
