I just joined and have a Country coach dominion 45' with 2 slides and am working on restoring this vehicle and need a Wiring Diagram or Schematic for this or a comparable model and year.

Congrats on your new pasttime, surely will keep you busy for a long time.
All Prevost diagrams (air, elect, pneumatic, etc) are available at https://techpub.prevostcar.com/en/.
For the CC additions, someone else will have to help you.
