Sidewall damage is dangerous.

Hello,
I would not chance it...
I can't tell how deep that is. If it made it to the sidewall fabric, it's out of here. Take it by a tire shop. It could be worth enough money to a trash truck company that it may make the $$$ for the change not so bad. I see an "F" on the tire. I guess it already failed ;-)

In my opinion the tire sidewall has been bruised if it doesn't give you trouble now it will give you trouble in the future.
50 years in the trucking bis replace it! I yell my drivers to stay off the curbs.

I'd be surprised if you could find a tire shop that would try to repair it.
